BLUEBERRY CHIA JAM

Makes: 1 jar
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Equipment: Frying pan or saucepan

Ingredients:
3 cups of frozen blueberries
6 tablespoons agave syrup
2 1/2 tablespoons chia seed

Put the blueberries in a pan and gently bring to the boil. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and remove them from the heat. Let them cool a bit and then puree with a hand blender or in a blender until it is smooth. (A few pieces are not bad.)

Put it back in the pan and add the chia seeds and agave syrup. Bring to the boil again and let it simmer for 15 minutes. It is important that you keep stirring the 15 minutes, the chip seeds have the tendency to stick to each other, by stirring you prevent that.

After 15 minutes to cool down again and taste if it is to your taste, you can always add some extra agave.
