The super fluffy American pancakes!

Makes: 10 pancakes
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Equipment: frypan 

200 grams of self-rising flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 eggs
40 grams of melted butter
250 ml almond milk (or other milk that you like to use)

Weigh all ingredients and put the flour, baking powder and sugar in 1 bowl. Mix this well before you add something else. In a different bowl, mix the eggs and the milk and the melted butter. Now put one content from the bowl to the other and mix well until everything is smooth.

Heat your frying pan over medium heat. If your pan does not have a non-stick coating , use a little extra butter or oil for each pancake you bake. Put a few tablespoons of batter in the pan and form in a circle how big you like your pancakes. Bake the pancake for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Stack them up, serve with syrup, fruit or butter. Or all of course!
