One of my favorite no-oven recipes, when first trying this I never thought it would come out crunchy, but it did, very.

Makes: 6-7 portions
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Equipment: frying pan

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup mixed nuts, I used almonds and walnuts
3-4 tablespoons agave
2 tablespoons almond milk
teaspoon cinnamon

This recipe is more of a guideline than an actual recipe. If you like any other nuts or seeds in your granola, maybe some dried fruits, that is all fine. The almond milk is a replacement for the oil, without any of it is a little less crunchy.

So cut up al of your nuts and seeds and put it in a large mixing bowl together with the oats, agave, cinnamon and almond milk, mix very well and add it to the pan on low to medium heat. Stir every couple of minutes until al the granola is golden brown. This will take about 10 minutes. It looks and feels like it’s not crunchy right now but you have to let it cool completely. Now the granola is crunchy and ready to eat! You can store it in an airtight container for a week.
