Something different from all the carby recipes I make, a super filling and nutritious smoothie bowl that contains slightly less carbohydrates than a normal smoothie bowl. Also a great recipe for all the gluten-free sweeties!

Makes: 1 smoothie bowl
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Equipment: blender or hand blender and frying pan

1 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
half avocado
1/4 cup of spinach
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup of coconut yogurt
optional: tahini

ingredients granola:
tablespoon of cashews
tablespoon of walnuts
tablespoon of sunflower seeds
tablespoon hemp seed
pinch of cinnamon
teaspoon of oil

To make the granola, combine both nuts and sunflower seeds together with the oil in the pan and roast them for about 5 minutes until they look slightly toasted. Turn off the heat and add the cinnamon and hemp seeds, stir well and let cool.

Blend the raspberries, avocado, spinach and coconut yogurt in the mix well until smooth. Add the granola and possibly a little tahini and your bowl is ready!
