Another wonderfully healthy summer or spring recipe. Full of spinach but you won’t taste it because of all the delicious fruit 🙂

Makes: 1 smoothie bowl

Equipment: blender or hand blender

1/2 cup of spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup of pineapple
little bit of water

tablespoon hemp seed
fruit of your choice
hand of walnuts

The hemp seed and the walnut contain some extra healthy fats and protein. So, the smoothie bowl fills you up way more than just eating fruit and spinach. You can of course also adjust it a bit by adding chia seed or flaxseed, for example. Other types of nuts, a little cinnamon on it is also very tasty. Let me know what your favorite variation is!

To make it, put the ingredients in a blender or in a measuring cup if you use a hand blender. Blend it for at least a minute so that everything is completely smooth and there are no pieces and bits anymore. In terms of water, every time you will make this smoothie bowl the quantity of water may vary. Add a little bit at the time until you think it has the right thickness.

Put your toppings on it and voila! Your super healthy smoothie bowl is ready!
