SUMMER SMOOTHIES

These are my 3 favorites to drink in the spring or summer. Super thirst-quenching and full of vitamins!

Makes: 1 large smoothie or 2 normal
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 0 minutes
Equipment: Blender or hand blender

Strawberry-banana-mint
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup of strawberries
7 leaves of mint
2/3 cup of water

Piña colada 
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/2 cup of mango
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of water

Green detox
Ingredients:
2 cups of spinach
half of a avocado
1 banana
2/3 cup of water

The same applies to all of them, you may need more or less water. This depends on how thick you like your smoothie, but also how watery your strawberries are or how big the banana is. Put all the ingredients in your blender or in a large measuring cup if you do it with a hand blender. Blend it all until it is a smoothie.
