TOFU TACO

A super fast recipe, which is almost no recipe to call but more of an idea for the days that you have little time or don’t really feel like cooking. I found very funny blue corn tortillas in the supermarket the other day and I thought I’d really like to try them. It looks super cool but they actually taste exactly the same as other corn tortillas, very fun for the photo though!

Makes: 4 wraps
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Equipment: Frying pan

Ingredients:
3/4 to 1 cup of tofu
tablespoon of olive oil
pepper and salt
packet of tortilla wraps
teaspoon of smoked paprika powder
2 teaspoons of chipotle sauce
1 avocado
optional: mixed salad

You can use a pack of pre-cut tofu or buy a block and cut it yourself. Put the pan on medium to high heat. Bake the tofu with the oil, paprika, salt and pepper for about 10 minutes until it is golden brown. Then add the chipotle sauce and mix well so that it is evenly distributed through the tofu. Heat the wraps in another pan, you can also make them a little crispy if you like.

Cut the avocado into strips and the optional lettuce. Now you can fill the wraps, first the tofu, then the lettuce and then the avocado. One of the easiest 10-minute recipes I have ever made!
